This October 25th, millions of volunteers across the nation will unite with a common mission – to improve the lives of others. For more than 20 years, USA WEEKEND Magazine, in collaboration with Points of Light, has brought you Make A Difference Day, the largest national day of community service.

Team Green World will be bringing our Environmental Education (STEAM-based learning activities) and Eco-Edutainment programs to the Girl Scouts and their parents in Warrenton, Virginia. Activities for the day include making kazoos out of recycled materials, coloring how you care about the environment, appearances by Eco the Butterfly and making rhythm instruments from recycled materials. We will be sharing Eco-friendly tips and engaging the Girl Scouts in conversations about "Thinking Ecologically.”

What are you doing to make a difference on that day and every day?
